About the Role:

We’re hiring a Junior Full Stack Developer (ReactJS/React Native) with strong Firebase expertise and solid UI development skills. This is a full-time, in-office position at Exeonic, located in Faisalabad. We’re looking for someone with 1–3 years of professional experience who can contribute to both web and mobile development, build clean UIs, and write basic backend logic using Node.js. If you’re passionate about logic building, UI design, and Firebase-powered apps, we want to hear from you.

The monthly salary for this role ranges from PKR 40,000 to 75,000, depending on your experience and performance.

Job Description:

– Who Are We Looking For

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with ReactJS or React Native.
• Deep understanding of Firebase, including Realtime Database, Firestore (Cloud Datastore), Firebase Authentication, and Cloud Functions.
• Ability to write and manage basic Node.js APIs for backend communication.
• Strong JavaScript (ES6+) skills with knowledge of data structures, logic building, and asynchronous programming.
• Excellent UI/UX design skills using Tailwind CSS, Tilesheet, or similar design libraries.
• Ability to convert ideas and wireframes into responsive, functional interfaces
• Experience working with Git, REST APIs, and debugging tools.
• Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate with designers and developers.

• Develop and maintain mobile and web applications using React Native and ReactJS.
• Build real-time features powered by Firebase and ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with the team to write Node.js backend functions and APIs as needed.
• Design and implement clean, reusable, and scalable UI components.
• Participate in code reviews and help improve development best practices.
• Solve technical challenges and contribute ideas to enhance product quality and user experience.
