Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Personal Bidder to assist us in winning projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and Fiverr. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successful proposals, understands platform algorithms, and knows how to effectively communicate value to clients.

Job Description:

– Responsibilities

• Identify suitable freelance projects on multiple platforms
• Write and submit compelling proposals tailored to each client
• Communicate professionally with clients to clarify project requirements
• Track submitted proposals and follow up as needed
• Maintain records of bids, client interactions, and project outcomes

– Requirements

• Proven experience in bidding/winning projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or Guru
• Excellent written English and persuasive communication skills
• Strong understanding of platform rules, algorithms, and best practices
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-oriented

– Compensation

• Salary: 25,000 to 90,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
• Remote position, flexible hours, full-time commitment preferred
