About the Role:

We’re hiring a Senior React Native Developer to join our in-house team at Exeonic in Faisalabad. This is a full-time, in-office position where you'll play a key role in the development and maintenance of high-quality mobile applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build apps that deliver exceptional user experiences, from architecture to deployment.

Salary Range: PKR 45,000–90,000 (Based on experience & performance)

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), closures, and functional programming concepts
• Deep expertise in React Native, including components, navigation, native modules, and state management (Redux, Context API)
• Proven experience in building and deploying production-ready React Native applications
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile development best practices
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends

Bonus Points if You Have:

• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with native iOS/Android development
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Contributions to open-source projects

What You’ll Do:

• Architect, design, and develop complex features in React Native applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to bring UI/UX designs to life
• Conduct and participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback
• Mentor junior developers and support teams on knowledge sharing
• Stay current with the latest in React Native and mobile development
• Help improve overall development workflows and best practices
